Learn About Us

cv699 was born from the realization that Bangladesh's online gaming scene needed a trusted, well-organized experience. We believe every player deserves a place where they can play in their own language, use familiar payment methods, and get immediate support whenever a problem arises.

Our mission is simple: to give players from every corner of Bangladesh a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. cv699 is not just a platform — it is a community where cricket fans, slot enthusiasts, poker table players, and live casino thrill-seekers can all enjoy themselves under one roof.

We understand what players in Bangladesh need. That is why our entire website is set up in Bengali, with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer connected directly for payments. Deposits start from as little as ৳500 and withdrawals from ৳800 — kept intentionally low so players on a limited budget have an equal opportunity.

Our technical foundation is strong. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption, and software from world-class game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming — is used to ensure fair play. At cv699, every game result is determined by an independent algorithm, so there is no room for manipulation.

For us, the best player is an informed player. That is why cv699 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Our platform is for those aged 21 and above only, and we always encourage that playing should be for entertainment, not as an alternative source of income.

Our support team is by your side 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email at [email protected] — in both Bengali and English. Any question, any issue — we are always ready.
